BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Generate leads and convert them into sales
* Prepare proposals and follow up on business deals
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 2–7 years proven experience in business development or sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* A proven track record of driving revenue in capital-intensive industries such as Oil and Gas , Energy, Infrastructure, or Technology is highly desirable .
