Business Development Executive (BDE)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and Creative manner
  • Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
  • Develop a sales contact plan for direct marketing and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects
  • Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the relevant engineering teams to develop a tailored proposal
  • Work closely with colleagues in to identify common new business prospects and cross-sell integrated search and affiliate proposition
  • Identify project leads that are within the service capacity of the company and present such to a company for follow up consideration
  • Establish cordial relationship with industry staff on behalf of the company keeping us steps closer to client partnership
  • When required, shall organize and attend meetings on behalf of the company for the purpose of project clarification, familiarization, etc. with prospective clients, relevant organizations, individuals and agencies
  • Identify, evaluate and suggest public events such as Exhibitions, Seminars, Presentations and Briefings and other profitable events in which the company will attend, sponsor or actively participate

REQUIREMENTS

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of Business management experience in the oil and gas sector
  • Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Time Management Skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
